Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage can be beneficial to a wide range of people in a variety of different ways but is particularly effective for those engaged in a training regime to compete in a specific sporting event, such as a half marathon, or those who have recently completed one and want to aid their recovery from it. Many clients who are recreational runners also find that a deep tissue massage every 6-8 weeks helps to maintain form and prevent injuries. You don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from a deep tissue massage, it is also beneficial for people with injuries, chronic pain or restricted movement.
