About Us

The practice was launched by Gerry O’Neill in June 2000 and on her retirement in 2023 was handed over to Sara Threadgill. The practice has recently moved location but is still based in Liss, close to the borders of Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex.

Sara graduated from the University of Winchester with a first class hons degree in Physiotherapy and joined Petersfield Physio in 2022.

Sara has gained experience working in a wide range of areas including geriatric medicine, neurological rehabilitation, musculoskeletal outpatients, rheumatology, community physio and hydrotherapy.

Her focus is now on rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and sports injuries. She enjoys taking the time to get to know her patients in order to provide a bespoke treatment plan to get people back to full function and living pain free.  Sara uses a mixture of assessment techniques combined with advice, education, exercise and manual therapy to achieve the best outcomes for her patients.

Outside of work Sara enjoys keeping fit, spending time with her young family and when possible, escaping to the coast to walk, paddleboard or surf.
