Initial assessments for new clients are payable in advance at the time of the appointment booking. Payment for follow up sessions are due at the time of your treatment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n If you are unable to make your appointment, where possible please give your therapist at least 24 hours notice. This is so that your appointment can potentially be offered to another patient. If you do not provide 24 hours notice or do not attend your scheduled appointment, you may be charged 100% of your appointment cost. We would prefer this not to be the case and would however much rather treat you or rearrange your appointment so please contact us as soon as you know you can\u2019t make your appointment.<\/p>\n Children up to 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.<\/p>\n A full medical history will be taken in your first appointment. All information will remain confidential and will only be shared with relevant healthcare professionals, such as your GP, with your consent. However, if you would not like us to share this information, then please let us know.<\/p>\n Clients are responsible for ensuring that any changes in their medical history are communicated to Petersfield Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic during their appointment.<\/p>\n All new clients are required to have a full assessment session before commencing treatment.
