Lower back pain is very common; more than 12 million working days are lost in the UK alone due to low back pain and is the second highest cause of long-term sickness after stress. However the most shocking statistic is that it is mainly self-induced \u2013 caused by poor posture and lifting techniques and lack of understanding of how to look after your back.<\/p>\n
