Teamwork is the Key to Success at Petersfield Physio

I’ve always believed in teamwork and that people are stronger when they work together, which is why we’ve built a team of experts in their field to work with us at Petersfield Physio and Sports Injury Clinic.

So we were delighted when the opportunity recently arose to team up with the Tri-High Racing Team, a triathlon team based in my own home town of Liphook in Hampshire.

I’m really excited by the collaboration because triathlons have grown in popularity over the last few years, partly due to the outstanding success of Alastair and Jonny Brownlee, particularly in the Rio 2016 Olympics.

Tri-High Multi-Sports Club

Liphook and Petersfield Sports ClubsTri-High is a club run by a group of very experienced triathletes and coaches who are passionate about helping the youngsters they coach in the East Hampshire area, not only to succeed at their sport, but to enjoy the coaching sessions and competitions.

They’ve now set up a racing team which they hope will compete in races as individuals or as a team.

I’m hoping that the expertise we offer at Petersfield Physio will help keep all the members of Team Tri-High on the road, track and water. We should be able to deal with any of the common problems that triathletes can develop, such as:

If you or your children are looking to emulate the Brownlee brothers, then Barnaby Gray at Tri-High has more information about joining and getting started. I’ve been helping Barnaby with a couple of niggles he picked up while he was training for the world qualifier Iron Man triathlon in Bolton last month. His level of commitment, fitness and gruelling training regime is very humbling so I’m really happy that I can help him reach his peak performance.

More Choice with Hobbs Rehabilitation

On the theme of winning partnerships, I’ve also linked up with Hobbs, a private provider of neurological rehab based in nearby Liss, East Hampshire.

I’m very excited that we are going to be running our evening and weekend clinics from Hobbs starting in early October and I’m confident we’ll be able to provide a more complete service of complementary treatments for a wider range of problems.
